In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, the Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York (SAAGNY) and The SAAGNY Foundation began efforts to coordinate the collection and distribution of items available through the specialty advertising industry. Many industry companies have provided goods and services to assist this effort, with some donating pallet-loads of items while others have gathered supplies from friends and neighbors and others have agreed to serve as drop-off locations. In the first two weeks following the storm, goods and materials have already been delivered to relief centers on the New Jersey shore and in Staten Island, Queens and Long Island, New York.

Amy Mallet was awarded the prestigious Spinnaker Award for Public Service by the Eastern Monmouth Chamber of Commerce.

Neptune, NJ -- Amy A. Mallet was recently named as one of New Jersey's Best 50 Women in Business. The inaugural award program, produced by NJBIZ, honors New Jersey's most dynamic women business leaders who have been making headlines in their field. The awards recognize the impact women business owners and business leaders have in creating jobs and building communities in New Jersey.

In 2003 and 2006 we received the highly coveted Diamond Award from the Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York.

The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) honored Amy Mallet, President of Amsley Promotions, with its 2006 Chapter Public Policy Advocate of the Year Award. Ms. Mallet, a member of NAWBO Central Jersey, served as vice president of NAWBO Central Jersey and also assists two other chapters with their public policy advocacy.

Amy Mallet, President of Amsley Promotions in Neptune, N.J. served on the WIPP National Partners Advisory Board and co-chaired the Communications Council with Mary Schnack, President of Mary Schnack Media Services, Inc. in Sedona, Ariz.

Irving, Texas, June 1, 2006 Promotional Products Education Foundation (PPEF) announced today the names of nine promotional products industry professionals who have been selected for Professional Development Grants. This year's program awards $9,000 to these individuals for continuing education courses.
